I joined the Process Intelligence Research group for my master’s thesis in April 2024. My research interests include numerical optimization and machine learning and their application in process engineering. In my studies, I focused on process engineering as well as automation engineering. During my bachelor’s, I specialized in process engineering and conducted research on dynamic modelling. During my master’s in automation engineering, I focused on studying the mathematical concepts of both numerical optimization and machine learning. As a student research assistant, I worked on optimization with artificial neural networks embedded.
